Monthly How To

Installing your new toilet can be a challenging job, but once you do it the first time, you’ll be a professional! Follow these few simple steps to be on your way to enjoying your new toilet!

1. Assemble toilet by following supplied directions.
2. Be sure to drain old toilet and disconnect water supply from the toilet.
3. Use a wrench to remove nuts, washers and caps.
4. Remove the caulk sealant from the floor and toilet using a utility blade.
5. Place your old toilet out of reach.
6. Align your new toilet with the wall.
7. Attached water line to toilet.
8. Tighten all nuts, washers and caps.
9. Install seat.
10. Caulk the entire bottom of toilet (except the very back where a two to
    three inch gap will be needed in case toilet clogs) to the floor.
11. You are ready to use your new toilet!
