At an early age Jonathon Sprinkle began doing maintenance work at a semiconductor plant in Austin, Texas. He was put to work doing framing, plumbing, electrical work, minor HVAC, sheetrock, and anything else that needed service. In 2001, he then began his first business called Time For a Sprinkle, focusing on odds and ends around the home, from hanging ceiling fans to changing out faucets. He also began working for a remodeler in Austin, while at the same time working for Lowe’s and later Home Depot.
     Time For A Sprinkle motivated Jonathon to gain further experience and training through Baker Electrical, as an apprentice electrician in 2002. This eventually led to his Residential Wireman’s License and the creation of New Life Construction. He continued working for Home Depot, enhancing his knowledge in nearly every department, and learning the benefits and weaknesses of merchandise options available to customers. In the meantime, New Life Construction continued to grow, taking on larger and larger remodel jobs. Roofing was added to the many services offered by the company.          
     In 2006, New Life Construction registered as a limited liability company and became Integrity Constructive Solutions, LLC. The company has done complete home remodels, home additions, full custom kitchens with handmade cabinets, custom bathrooms, and make-readies for sale. Jobs typically include, but are not limited to, flooring, counters, painting interior and exterior, rot repair, and roofing. 
     Integrity Constructive Solutions LLC now also offers MaintenanceX.com, a convenient monthly maintenance service program that takes care of your home maintenance needs. MaintenanceX is designed to always keep your home in good condition, and focuses on routine handyman services and repairs that can help prevent large costly repairs and major damages in the future.
